 My rates are final and non negotiable. Please do not ask me for a special rate or a discount. Please no crude or graphic email requests. If you ask me questions of the sexual nature I will end communication with you. The same goes for photographs. I will not respond to photos of pornographic nature. If you have not been screened by me then please contact me by email me only. When filling out my questionnaire please take your time and fill it out completely and correctly. If I ask for provider references please do not throw some first names and expect me to find out whether or not that lady has a website. If you are under 35 and want an appointment then you will need to supply your employment information, a copy of your drivers license and a headshot photo(only). If you do not wish to do this then you will not get an appointment. Just that simple. At the time of the appointment please leave the donation in an envelope in plain view.
