My Favorite Wine would have to be Shiraz. Not too sweet not too bitter. A very light spicy taste. In my opinion it does not require chilling. Room temperature is perfect for me.
Always remember that wine is like milk. It can spoil if you leave it in the heat.
I have had the sweeter and fruitier wines. Too much sugar and not quite as enjoyable.
A delicious champagne is wonderful with a bowl of Strawberries. Especially if the strawberry is being fed to you by a sexy lady.
Mead (for those of you who do not know) is made from honey. If you ever choose to invest in some mead, I recommend that you buy it from a person who makes it from scratch. Please do not buy it from the grocery store. It is better if you buy the home made kind.
